Shipping cost is included in the price shown, and I ship within 2 business days of your order via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage, which both provide shipment tracking and insurance. I currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Returns/Refunds

No returns/refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please contact me rachelimsland@gmail.com

Because each of my ceramic pieces are made with love and care by hand, minor variations sometimes occur, such as slight imperfections in the glaze. I attempt to show all angles and sides of each piece with my photos. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for dissatisfaction with clay, glaze, color, specks, or imperfections in the clay used or glazing technique.

Orders are final once payment has been made.

Please inspect your purchase on delivery. If a piece is damaged (cracked or chipped) or broken when it arrives, please contact me within 24 hours with pictures of the box (6 sides exterior) + interior packaging.

Packaging

Recycled packaging materials are used for orders whenever possible to reduce environmental impact. Although recycled, all packaging material is clean.

Care Instructions

My ceramics are food, microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise indicated on individual pieces. I suggest handwashing to extend the life of the piece.

Firing and Finishing

Most pieces are fired to 2232°F in an electric kiln, creating strength and subtle surface variation. Occasionally, I work with woodfiring—these pieces are noted individually.
